The item must be returned to our warehouse with a valid tracking number

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Items shipped to third-party or intermediary forwarding addresses are not eligible for refunds

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.
After that, your order is likely already being processed in our fulfillment system and cannot be stopped.


Refunds

Inspection time: Up to 7 days after we receive your returned item

Refund processing: Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
