The item must be returned to our warehouse with a valid tracking number
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Items shipped to third-party or intermediary forwarding addresses are not eligible for refunds
We cover return shipping costs — once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

Refunds
